⚠️ Important: Always buy your Trezor from official sources to avoid tampered devices.

📦 What’s in the Box?

When you unbox your Trezor device, you should find the following:

🔌 Step 1: Connect Your Device

Secure: Trezor Suite ensures you're interacting directly with your device without relying on third-party browser extensions.

You’ll be asked to back up your seed phrase.

🧠 What is a Seed Phrase?

Your seed phrase (or recovery phrase) is a series of 12, 18, or 24 words that are used to restore your wallet. Write this down on paper (never digitally), and store it somewhere safe.

🚨 Never: Share your seed phrase online, take a photo of it, or store it in cloud services.

🛡️ Step 5: Set a PIN

You’ll now set a strong PIN on your device. This PIN will be required every time you connect your Trezor. Choose something that isn’t obvious (like 1234 or your birth year).

💰 Step 6: Add Cryptocurrency Accounts

After setting up, you can now add cryptocurrency accounts (like Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.). Just click “+ Add Account” in the Suite and select the coin you'd like to use.
